WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

There is a 50% deposit made at booking. You can cancel your charter with 72 hours prior notice for a full refund. If within the 72 hours, security deposit is retained. Once the vehicle arrives at your pick-up location, the entire amount is due in full. Your charges can be paid with cash or credit card. You also have the option to pay the final balance by check prior to your event.

ARE ALCOHOL AND/OR SMOKING ALLOWED ON BOARD?

Passengers must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on our vehicles. No glassware allowed. Smoking is prohibited.

CAN I BRING A COOLER ON THE BUS?

Yes, coolers are allowed. However, the cooler must be placed on a seat so that the aisle remains clear, in compliance with State and Federal safety regulations. Glassware is prohibited.

WHY ARE SOME QUOTES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS?

Not all bus companies operate the same. Please ask for the company safety rating, age of vehicle, insurance limits, how long the company has been in operation. Also, ask if the company you are calling is also the bus operator. Please be sure the rate they’re quoting is all-inclusive, so that you won’t be blindsided by additional hidden costs in the final billing.

DO I NEED TO FIND A HOTEL ROOM FOR THE DRIVER?

Our trips are often multi-day trips. Often the hotel will include a complimentary room for the driver if you have a large group staying at the hotel. If a complimentary room is not available, it is the responsibility of the client to book a room for the driver.

HOW FAR CAN A DRIVER DRIVE IN A DAY?

In accordance with safety regulations, a driver can drive a maximum of ten (10) hours, and/or be in service/on duty for no more than fifteen (15) hours. Drivers must have an eight (8) hour break prior to restart.
